Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 311111 Question

SQL 7.0 intermittently throws connection errors, the above
KB article seems to describe them.
Do I read the "FIX" correctly, that I should install SP1
for SQL2000 on my machine running SQL7.0?
Didn't make sense to me...
TIAIf you read the article more closely, you'll see that there is a recommended
action for both SQL2K and for
SQL7.
