Can anyone tell me if running the Microsoft Search Service impacts upon general Server performance, even if we are not using Full Text Search indexing on any of our Tables ?. Thanks.How does PERFMON counters looks like any issues?
If not using FULL TEXT indexing or so then MSSearch service can be disabled.
